Article 8. Fair competition of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Activities aimed at limiting or eliminating competition, infringing on the rights and legitimate interests of consumers, and unfair competition are prohibited.
Monopolistic activity is regulated and limited by law.
2. Antimonopoly regulation is carried out in order to protect competition, create conditions for the effective functioning of commodity markets, ensure the unity of the economic space, free movement of goods and freedom of economic activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
