Article 80. The rights and obligations of professional associations for the training of drivers of vehicles of the Law on Road Traffic

1. Professional associations for the training of drivers of vehicles have the right:

1) to conduct advanced training courses for teachers, industrial training masters and driving training masters during the educational process, and to issue certificates of completion of the courses in accordance with the procedure established by the authorized body;

2) analyze, summarize and disseminate the experience of training drivers of vehicles;

3) to represent and defend the rights and legitimate interests of educational organizations for the training of drivers of vehicles in courts, government agencies, public associations and international organizations;

4) to consider disputes of educational organizations for the training of drivers of vehicles related to the implementation of their activities;

5) to conduct a rating of educational organizations for the training of drivers of vehicles and publish its results in periodicals;

6) participate in the work of international organizations on the training of drivers of vehicles;

7) develop, publish and distribute educational literature, methodological recommendations, periodicals in the field of training drivers of vehicles;

8) provide recommendations on the standard of training for drivers of vehicles.

9) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/03/2017 No. 83-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

2. Professional associations for the training of drivers of vehicles are obliged to:

1) to observe and ensure that educational organizations for the training of drivers of vehicles comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on road traffic;

2) provide its members with regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on road traffic;

3) to promote the development of activities aimed at training drivers of vehicles, improving the efficiency, organization and coordination of educational organizations.

This Law establishes the legal basis and general conditions for the functioning of road traffic and ensuring its safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
