1. Training alarms and emergency drills are conducted at a hazardous production facility according to a plan approved by the head of the organization.

The organization operating a hazardous production facility shall inform the territorial subdivision of the department of the authorized body in the field of industrial safety in writing about the conduct of training alarms no later than ten working days before the date of their conduct.

2. The training alert is conducted by the technical head of the organization operating a hazardous production facility, together with representatives of the territorial division of the department of the authorized body in the field of industrial safety and professional emergency services in the field of industrial safety.

Emergency response training is conducted with employees for each position of the accident response plan.

3. The results of the training alert and emergency training are formalized by an act. Control over the execution of the proposals set out in the act is entrusted to the head of the organization operating the hazardous production facility.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of carrying out civil protection measures and is aimed at preventing and eliminating natural and man-made emergencies and their consequences, providing emergency medical and psychological assistance to the population in the emergency zone, ensuring fire and industrial safety, and also defines the main tasks and organizational principles of building and the functioning of the civil defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of, storage and use of the state material reserve, organization and activities of emergency services and formations.
