1. The project for the construction of an apartment building in accordance with urban planning projects for the development and development of settlements should provide for an attached land plot of an apartment building adjacent to an apartment building and intended for landscaping, landscaping, sports, playgrounds, access roads, parking lots, sidewalks, small architectural forms and other objects.

The adjacent land plot of an apartment building, together with the landscaping elements located on it, is included in the common property of the condominium facility.

2. If the adjacent land plot of an apartment building is not included in the common property of a condominium facility, then it is in communal ownership as public land in populated areas.

3. Maintenance and improvement of public lands not included in the common property of the condominium facility are carried out at the expense of the local budget.
