Article 83. Public (public-business) zone of the Building Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The public (public-business) zone of a locality is intended to accommodate administrative, scientific research, public institutions and their complexes, hotels and hotel complexes, business and financial activity centers, cultural, educational, healthcare, sports, commercial activities, trade and catering, consumer services, open parking lots and electric charging stations. stations at the specified facilities, above-ground and underground garages (parking lots), and other buildings and structures that do not require special measures, provided for by sanitary-epidemiological and environmental requirements.
2. Residential buildings, including individual residential buildings, may be included in the list of construction sites allowed to be located in a public (public-business) area.
