Article 84. Bailiff of the CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A bailiff is an official who performs the tasks assigned to him by law to ensure the established order of the courts.
2. The bailiff maintains order in the courtroom during the trial, executes the orders of the presiding judge and protects judges, witnesses and other participants in the process in the courts, protects them from outside influence, facilitates the conduct of procedural actions by the court, brings persons who evade court attendance, and exercises other powers assigned to him by law.
