1. Logistical support for special government agencies is provided by:

at the expense of the republican budget;

at the expense of funds received for the provision of medical care from the social health insurance fund in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The property of special state bodies is republican and is under the right of operational management.

3. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.06.2025 No. 203-VIII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

4. The procedure for the transfer, sale, disposal and write-off of property, as well as the provision of property lease (lease) of real estate by special state bodies is determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The norms for the supply of property to special state bodies are determined by the first heads of special state bodies in coordination with the central authorized body for budget planning.

5. Immovable property that is not used by special state bodies in peacetime is subject to conservation at the expense of budgetary funds or may be transferred to property lease (lease) in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5-1. In order to ensure that individuals and legal entities fulfill their contractual obligations to provide meals to special government agencies in accordance with the procedure determined by the first head of the relevant government agency, temporary transfer of buildings, canteen premises and their property to property lease (lease) is carried out free of charge within the term of the catering agreement.

6. Organizations created or being created to ensure the activities of special state bodies are not subject to privatization.

This Law defines the status of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as special state bodies), regulates public relations related to admission to service in special state bodies, its passage and termination, and also defines the legal status, financial support and social protection of employees of special state bodies.
