1. The pilot operation of the digital facility of the digital government is carried out in accordance with uniform requirements in the areas of digitalization and cybersecurity, including:

1) documentation of trial operation procedures;

2) optimization and elimination of identified defects and defects, followed by their correction;

3) registration of an act on the completion of trial operation.

The period of trial operation should not exceed one year.

2. The digital government's digital facility is being tested for compliance with cybersecurity requirements in accordance with this Code and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cybersecurity.
