1. Industrial (production) zones are intended to accommodate industrial enterprises and their complexes, including the administrative and household complex, other industrial, communal and warehouse facilities that ensure the functioning of engineering and transport infrastructures, as well as the temporary stay of employees of such enterprises.

2. The location of industrial, communal, warehouse facilities, as well as engineering and transport infrastructure facilities on residential territory is allowed only in cases where their location and operation do not pose a threat to the population, do not have a harmful effect on the environment and do not require the establishment of a sanitary protection zone. Otherwise, a sanitary protection zone should be provided.

3. The responsibilities for the improvement and maintenance of the industrial (production) zone, as well as the territories of production facilities located on residential territory, are assigned to the owners of the facilities and other persons in whose lawful use they are.
