1. Agricultural use zones within the boundaries (boundaries) of a locality are designed for agriculture or are intended for these purposes and may be used until the type of use is changed in accordance with the approved general plan (scheme of development and development) of the locality.

2. In cases where the location and operation of an agricultural use zone within the boundaries (boundaries) of a settlement may have an adverse impact on the population or the environment, a sanitary protection zone should be provided.
