Article 88. Failure to grant vacations to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Administrative Offenses  

      Failure by the employer to provide paid annual leave or part of it for two consecutive years –  

     entails a fine of twenty for officials, forty for small businesses or non–profit organizations, sixty for medium–sized businesses, and one hundred monthly calculation indices for large businesses.
