1. A simplified administrative procedure is subject to termination in the presence of at least one of the following circumstances:

1) repeated messages, proposals, responses, requests do not contain new arguments or newly discovered circumstances, but the materials of the previous messages, proposals, responses, requests contain the necessary verification materials and the applicant was given answers in accordance with the established procedure.;

2) it is impossible to establish authorship in a message, proposal, response, or request, and there is no signature, including an electronic digital signature, or the applicant's mailing address, except in cases where they contain information about upcoming or committed criminal offenses or a threat to state or public security, which must be immediately forwarded to government agencies in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. with their competence;

3) the message, proposal, response, or request does not state the essence of the issue.

4) a review of the message, suggestion, response or request from the applicant has been accepted.

2. The decision to terminate the simplified administrative procedure is made by the head of the entity considering the message, proposal, response, request, or his deputy. A decision to terminate a simplified administrative procedure in the presence of the circumstances provided for in subparagraph 1) the first part of this article may be adopted by another authorized person of the subject.

3. A complaint may be filed against the decision to terminate a simplified administrative procedure in accordance with the procedure established by this Code.
