1. The amount of monthly budget subsidies is defined as the difference between the amount of mandatory pension contributions calculated from the average monthly income calculated as the object of calculating social contributions and the amount of mandatory pension contributions deducted from social security benefits.

2. The amount of monthly budget subsidies for mandatory pension contributions is subject to recalculation in the case of recalculation of the amount of social security benefits due to a change in the size of the monthly calculation index established by the law on the republican budget for the relevant financial year.
