1. The absence of the need for further use of the digital object of the "digital government" entails the termination of industrial operation and the change of information about the digital object of the "digital government" on the architectural portal of digital objects in accordance with uniform requirements in the areas of digitalization and cybersecurity.

2. The decision on the absence of the need for further operation of the digital facility of the "digital government" is made by the owner and (or) the owner in consultation with the authorized body with the notification of the owners and (or) owners of the digital facilities with which the digital facility of the "digital government" is integrated.
