1. Zones of restricted territories should be provided for the deployment of military and other facilities in respect of which a special regime is established.

When designing and constructing construction facilities located in the adjacent zone of high-security territories (facilities) protected by the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the following parameters must be observed:

within a radius of 500 meters – no more than 7 meters high;

within a radius of 1000 meters – no more than 16 meters high;

within a radius of 1,500 meters – no more than 28 meters high.

2. The procedure for the use of zones of restricted territories and adjacent territories shall be established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with state regulatory documents, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
