Article 9. Bodies of the Center of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On the Astana International Financial Center

     1. The organs of the Center are:

     1) The Management Council of the Center;

     1-1) Center Manager;

     2) the administration of the Center;

     3) The Committee of the Center for Regulation of Financial Services;

     4) the Court of the Center;

     5) International Arbitration Center.

     2. The organs of the Center, within the limits of the powers granted to them by this Constitutional Law and acts of the Center, are independent in their activities.

     3. The organization and procedure for monitoring and supervising the activities of the Center's participants are determined by this Constitutional Law and the Center's acts.

     4. The procedure for monitoring the targeted and effective use of the republican budget funds allocated to the Center is determined by a joint act of the Managing Director of the Center and the central authorized body for budget execution.
