Article 9. Consequences of providing false information by a potential supplier or supplier The Law on Procurement of Certain entities of the Quasi-public sector
1. Potential suppliers or suppliers who provided false information during the procurement process are included in the register of unscrupulous procurement participants and the list of unreliable potential suppliers (suppliers) of the Fund in accordance with the procedure established by the procurement rules.
2. The reliability of information provided by a potential supplier or supplier may be established by the customer, the procurement organizer, the centralized procurement control service, the authorized procurement body or the state audit and financial control bodies at any stage of procurement.
3. The centralized Procurement Control Service, the authorized body in the field of procurement, or the state audit and financial control bodies that have established the fact that a potential supplier or supplier has provided false information, shall notify it in writing no later than five working days from the date of establishing such a fact.:
1) the customer, if such a fact is established after summing up the procurement results;
2) the customer, the procurement organizer, if such a fact is established before summing up the procurement results.
In this case, copies of documents confirming this fact must be attached to the written notification.
