1. Provision of minimum social standards in the fields of labor, social security, education, family and children, healthcare, culture, physical education and sports, and provision of state-guaranteed legal aid is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Minimum Social Standards and their Guarantees".
