Authorized body:

1) approves the debtor's application form for the application of the out-of-court bankruptcy procedure;

2) approves the financial manager's report form;

2-1) Approves the form of the register of creditors' claims;

3) approves the form of a standard solvency recovery plan;

4) approves the form of the financial manager's opinion on the existence or absence of grounds for termination of the bankrupt's obligations;

5) approves the form of the financial manager's final report;

6) considers complaints about the actions (inaction) of the financial manager in violation of the procedures for restoring solvency and judicial bankruptcy;

7) maintains the state electronic register of permits and notifications for notifying persons about the beginning or termination of the activities of financial managers;

8) posts information on the Internet resource of the authorized body on the notifications sent by persons about the beginning or termination of the activities of financial managers, the conditions for sending such notifications;

9) posts on the Internet resource of the authorized body a list of citizens in respect of whom the procedures provided for by this Law have been applied, terminated and completed;

10) requests from government agencies within their competence, individuals and legal entities information about the debtor, his property and obligations in the framework of procedures for restoring solvency, as well as out-of-court and judicial bankruptcy, taking into account the requirements established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the procedure for providing legally protected secrets;

11) provides the financial manager with information about the financial position of the debtor, his property and obligations;

12) exercises state control over the activities of the financial manager in the procedures for restoring solvency and judicial bankruptcy;

13) develops and approves rules for monitoring the financial condition of the debtor and bankrupt;

14) appoints and dismisses the financial manager;

15) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the event of the insolvency of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, establishes the grounds for the application of the procedure for restoring solvency, as well as the procedures for out-of-court and judicial bankruptcy, the procedure and conditions for their conduct.
