1. Digital records, technical documentation, source codes and (or) a digital object of a "digital government" are subject to archiving in accordance with the rules for implementing the stages of the life cycle of a digital object of a "digital government".

2. If a previously created digital object is replaced by platform software products developed on the digital government platform and implementing all or more of its functionality, such a digital object may be subject to write-off.

3. The write-off of digital objects of the "digital government" is carried out in accordance with the requirements established by the budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by a decision taken by the owner in coordination with the authorized body.
