1. Digital objects of the "digital government", which have special architectural and technological characteristics that necessitate the establishment of special requirements for their design, development, modernization, implementation, integration and operation, are technologically complex digital objects of the "digital government".

2. The criteria for classifying the "digital government" as technologically complex digital objects are determined by the authorized body.

3. The specifics of the creation and development of technologically complex digital objects of the "digital government" are regulated by the digital and budgetary legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
