Digital objects designed to implement the tasks of the national security agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan are being created or developed in the following order:

1) making a decision on the creation or development of a digital facility;

2) development of technical specifications for the creation or development of a digital object;

3) development of technical specifications and calculations for the purchase of goods, works and services in the field of digitalization or for carrying out work without allocating budgetary funds;

4) the implementation of public procurement of goods, works and services in the field of digitalization, or the implementation of work without the allocation of budgetary funds;

5) development, pilot operation, implementation and commissioning of a digital facility in accordance with the standards in force in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The costs of creating and developing digital facilities of the national security agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan are planned based on the conclusion of a special expert council (independently by the administrator of the budget program).

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
