1. The National Institute for Development in the field of Digitalization is determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to create favorable conditions for increasing the competitiveness of the digital environment.

2. National Institute for Development in the Field of Digitalization:

1) implements state support measures in accordance with the Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) provides analytical and consulting services in the field of digitalization, as well as provides recommendations in the field of digitalization;

3) cooperates with international organizations and foreign legal entities in order to develop digitalization;

4) carries out an analysis of the development of the field of digitalization;

5) performs other functions stipulated by other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
