1. The Digital Development Index is a comprehensive indicator reflecting the level of institutional, technological and process readiness for the introduction, use and development of digital technologies by government agencies, state–owned legal entities, and quasi-public sector entities.

2. The digital development index is determined on an annual basis as part of an annual assessment of the effectiveness of the central state and local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, and the capital.

3. The methodology for determining the digital development index is approved by the authorized body in coordination with the Supreme Audit Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
