Article 96. Information support for private entrepreneurship of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Information support for private entrepreneurship is provided in order to improve the professional level of private entrepreneurs and their employees, allowing them to produce competitive goods (works, services).

2. Information support is provided by:

1) organization of training seminars and scientific and practical conferences on the development of private entrepreneurship;

2) organization of foreign internships;

3) distribution of methodological manuals, newsletters on the practice of private entrepreneurship, the market of new technologies;

4) creation of a network of information and consulting centers in the regions;

5) provision of consulting, information, legal, marketing and other services;

6) facilitating the transfer of advanced foreign technologies;

7) service and information support in the promotion of goods, works and services of Kazakhstani origin) for export;

8) training managers to organize training for small businesses in the regions.

3. Information support for private business entities is provided at the expense of budgetary funds and other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. The Authorized Body for Entrepreneurship, in order to provide information support to private entrepreneurship, publishes the following information on its Internet resource:

1) on state and other programs aimed at supporting private business entities and their implementation;

2) on the number of private business entities classified by type of economic activity;

3) about the organizations that form the infrastructure for supporting private business entities, the conditions and procedure for such organizations to provide support to private business entities;

4) on measures of financial support for private business entities;

5) on the results of the analysis of the business environment, investment climate and infrastructure for the development of private entrepreneurship;

6) advisory documents on regulatory policy, draft regulatory legal acts aimed at supporting the development of private entrepreneurship;

7) other information necessary for the development of private business entities provided for by this Code, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
