Article 97. Privatization of the enterprise as a property complex The Law on State Property
1. The rules of paragraph 6 of Chapter 25 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall apply to the privatization of an enterprise as a property complex, taking into account the specifics provided for in paragraph 2 of this Article and articles 93, 95, 96, 99 - 101, 103, 107 - 112 this Law.
2. The structure of the enterprise, as a property complex subject to privatization, does not include the material assets of the state material reserve stored on it.
3. The structure of an enterprise as a property complex may include objects of socio-cultural and communal purposes.
4. The buyer becomes the legal successor of the civil rights and obligations of the privatized enterprise as a property complex, unless otherwise provided by this Law and the contract of sale.
5.
