Article 98. Conditions for the implementation of secondary forest uses in the areas of the State Forest Fund of the Forest Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Harvesting and harvesting of wild fruits, nuts, mushrooms, berries, medicinal plants and technical raw materials, maral breeding, animal husbandry, placement of beehives and apiaries, horticulture, melon growing, horticulture and cultivation of other crops on the plots of the state forest fund must be carried out without harming the forest in accordance with the procedure established by the rules of secondary forest use in the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the authorized body.
