1. Digital data protection is provided by a set of technical, organizational, legal and other measures aimed at preventing, detecting and eliminating cyber threats.

2. Technical means of protection include means of cryptographic and other information protection.

3. The procedure for the application of technical means of protection, their certification and conformity assessment is determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cybersecurity and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
