1. Testing of digital objects for compliance with cybersecurity requirements is mandatory or initiated by the owner and/or owner of the digital object.

2. Digital objects subject to mandatory tests for compliance with cybersecurity requirements, as well as the procedure for their conduct, are determined by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Cybersecurity".

3. Tests of digital objects for compliance with cybersecurity requirements on the initiative of the owners and (or) owners are carried out in accordance with this Code, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Cybersecurity" and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation.

4. The audit of digital objects for compliance with cybersecurity requirements is carried out on the initiative of their owner and (or) owner in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cybersecurity, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
