Almaty, d/m/ G. We, the undersigned, the Plaintiff, full name, represented by a representative acting on the basis of a power of attorney, FULL name, the Defendant, FULL NAME (IP "......"), Third party on the defendant's side FULL name, in the civil case No..... The Parties, collectively referred to as the "Parties", have concluded this agreement on the settlement of the dispute through judicial mediation (hereinafter referred to as the Mediation Agreement) on the following:
The plaintiff completely waives the stated claims.
A third party on the defendant's side undertakes to pay the Plaintiff 2,280,000 (Two million two hundred and eighty thousand) tenge in installments within 6 (six) months:
- in October 2020 – 380,000 tenge - in November 2020 – 380,000 tenge - in December 2020 – 380,000 tenge - in January 2021 – 380,000 tenge - in February 2021 – 380,000 tenge - in March 2021 – 380,000 tenge.
Damage Compensation Agreement on dispute settlement
After full payment of the amount specified in clause 2 of this Mediation Agreement, the Parties will not have any claims against each other.
The court explained to the parties the legal consequences of termination of the dispute in connection with the conclusion of this Mediation Agreement. The parties request the court to approve this Mediation Agreement, terminate the proceedings and cancel the measures to secure the claim.
The parties have agreed that they will not reimburse each other for court and other expenses.
