Execution of monetary penalties and imposition of repeated penalties
According to the rules of art.127 of the APPC, the payment of the DV is made within 5 working days from the date of delivery of the ruling. By virtue of the fourth part of Article 171 of the CPC, failure to comply with the court's ruling on the imposition of DV entails repeated DV.
