This instruction is based on the Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 22, 2002 No. 273-p "On approval of the Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and other employees" and in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/15/2007 No. 251-III and is applied as an appendix to the employment contract. General provisions 1.1. The nurse belongs to the category of specialists. 1.2. A nurse is appointed and dismissed by order of the Director General. 1.3. The nurse reports directly to the director of the plant. 1.4. A person who meets the following requirements is appointed to the position of a nurse: secondary medical education in the specialty. 1.5. During the absence of the nurse, his rights and duties are transferred to another official, as announced in the organization order. 1.6. The nurse should know: - the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts on health issues; - fundamentals of the therapeutic and diagnostic process, disease prevention; - the organizational structure of the healthcare institution; - safety regulations when working with medical instruments and equipment. 1.7. The nurse is guided in her activities by: - legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - The Charter of the organization, the Rules of internal labor regulations, other regulatory acts of the company; - orders and orders of the management; - the real job description. 2. Job responsibilities A nurse performs the following job responsibilities: 2.1. Performs all stages of the Nurse's process in patient care (initial assessment of the patient's condition, interpretation of the data obtained, care planning, final assessment of what has been achieved). 2.2. Performs timely and high-quality preventive and therapeutic diagnostic procedures prescribed by a doctor. 2.3. Assists the doctor in carrying out medical and diagnostic manipulations and minor operations in outpatient and inpatient settings. 2.4. Provides emergency pre-medical care for acute illnesses, accidents and various types of disasters, followed by calling a doctor to the patient or sending him to the nearest medical and preventive institution. 2.5. Administers medications, anti-shock agents (in case of anaphylactic shock) to patients for vital reasons (if it is impossible for a doctor to arrive at the patient on time) in accordance with the established procedure for this condition. 2.6. Informs the doctor or the head, and in their absence, the doctor on duty about all detected severe complications and diseases of patients, complications resulting from medical manipulations or cases of violations of the internal regulations of the institution. 2.7. Ensures proper storage, accounting and write-off of medicines, compliance with the rules for taking medicines by patients. 2.8. Maintains approved medical accounting and reporting documentation.
3. Rights A nurse has the right: 3.1. To receive the information necessary for the accurate performance of their professional duties. 3.2. Make proposals to improve the work of the nurse and the organization of nursing in the institution. 3.3. Require the senior nurse of the department to provide the post (workplace) with equipment, tools, care items, etc., necessary for the high-quality performance of their functional duties. 3.4. To improve their qualifications in accordance with the established procedure, to undergo certification (re-certification) in order to assign qualification categories. 3.5. Participate in the work of professional associations of nurses and other public organizations that are not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Job description of a nurse
4. Responsibility The nurse is responsible for: 4.1. Non-fulfillment and/or untimely, negligent performance of their official duties. 4.2. For non-compliance with the applicable instructions, orders and instructions for the preservation of confidential information. 4.3. For violating the rules of internal labor regulations, labor discipline, safety and fire safety regulations.
