This instruction is based on the Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 22, 2002 No. 273-p "On approval of the Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and other employees" and in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/15/2007 No. 251-III and is applied as an appendix to the employment contract. LLP "..........." 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. An employee in the position of head of the sales department belongs to the category of managers. 1.2. The head of the sales department is hired and dismissed in accordance with the order of the general director of the company. 1.3. A person who has a primary professional or secondary professional education and has at least two years of work experience in the relevant field may be appointed to the position of head of the sales department. 1.4. In his professional activity, the head of the sales department reports directly to the General Director. 1.5. The head of the sales department should know: regulatory, legislative and other acts and resolutions regulating commercial and entrepreneurial activities; fundamentals of market economy, entrepreneurship and business management and office management; scheme and procedure of product pricing, taxation and marketing basics; procedure for the development and approval of business plans, commercial conditions, contracts, agreements and contracts; the company's structure and the organization's management structure; methods of collecting, analyzing and processing information using modern technical means, communications and computing equipment. 1.6. 2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In his/her work, the head of the sales department is obliged to: 2.1. Adhere to and implement the approved sales plan. 2.2. Monitor the status of accounts receivable and payable of customers, encourage managers and/or personally resolve issues related to the repayment of customer debts. 2.4. To take under their own control and participate in resolving product complaints with customers, and to compile the necessary documentation. 2.11. To make proposals and schemes for additional bonuses for employees of the assigned department, subject to the fulfillment and/or exceeding of the sales plan. 3.2. Make suggestions on hiring, firing, and the need for testing and/or verification of employees from the assigned sales department. 3.3. To make proposals for the withdrawal of bonuses or other financial penalties for employees of other departments of the organization, in case they fail to fulfill their official duties. 3.4. To submit proposals for management to change the assortment, pricing policy, expansion and/or reduction of sales markets.
4. RESPONSIBILITY The Head of the Sales department is responsible for: 4.1. Negligent, negligent attitude and/ or failure to fulfill his official duties, regulated in this job description. 4.2. Illegal and/or illegal actions during registration, issuance or storage of documents and information about the company's activities, as well as violation of trade secrets and other confidential information.
