Head of the wholesale sales store
This instruction is based on the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2020 No. 553. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 31, 2020 No. 22003. On approval of the Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and other employees in accordance with the requirements of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015 No. 414-V SAM., and is applied as an appendix to the employment contract.
Job responsibilities:
carries out the rational organization of wholesale sales of the organization's products, their delivery to customers on time and in volume in accordance with orders and concluded agreements (contracts);
provides participation in the preparation of forecasts, projects of long-term and current plans for the production and sale of products, conducting marketing research to study the demand for the organization's products, prospects for the development of sales markets;
organizes the preparation and conclusion of contracts for the supply of products to consumers, the coordination of supply conditions;
heads the work on drawing up supply (sales) plans and linking them with production plans in order to ensure that finished products are delivered by production units on time, in terms of nomenclature, completeness and quality in accordance with orders and concluded contracts.;
takes measures to implement the product sales plan, timely receipt of orders, specifications and other documents for delivery;
provides control over the fulfillment of the organization's orders, contractual obligations, and the state of stocks of finished products in warehouses;
organizes the acceptance of finished products from suppliers of divisions to warehouses, rational storage and preparation for shipment to consumers, determining the need for vehicles, mechanized loading facilities, containers and labor for the shipment of finished products;
develops and implements standards for the organization of storage, marketing and transportation of finished products, as well as measures to improve the distribution network, forms of product delivery to consumers, reduce transportation costs, reduce excess balances of finished products and accelerate sales operations.;
participates in the organization of exhibitions, fairs, sales exhibitions and other product advertising events.;
organizes wholesale trade of the organization's products;
takes measures to ensure timely receipt of funds for products sold;
participates in the consideration of consumer claims received by the organization and the preparation of responses to lawsuits, as well as claims to consumers in case of violation of the terms of contracts.;
ensures accounting of the fulfillment of orders and contracts, shipments and the remains of unsold finished products, timely execution of sales documentation, preparation of the required sales (supply) reports, on the implementation of the sales plan;
coordinates the activities of the warehouses of finished products, manages the employees of the department.
organizes work on advertising products sold or services performed in order to promote them to sales markets, informing consumers about the quality advantages and distinctive properties of the advertised goods or services.;
carries out, manages, plans and coordinates the work on advertising campaigns;
develops plans for promotional events for one type or group of goods (services) and determines the costs of their implementation;
participates in the formation of an advertising strategy based on promising areas of further organizational development, innovation and investment activities.;
selects the forms and methods of advertising in the media, their text, color and musical design.;
determines the specific advertising media (newspapers, magazines, commercials) and their optimal combination;
studies the sales market and customer demand in order to determine the optimal parameters of the time and place of advertising, the scale and timing of advertising campaigns, the circle of people to whom advertising should be directed, targeting it to target groups by profession, age, purchasing power, gender;
organizes the development of advertising texts, posters, brochures, catalogs, booklets, controls their quality, ensuring the visibility and accessibility of advertising, compliance with the norms of public morality, preventing violations of the order of competition;
oversees the development and implementation of contracts and contracts for the advertising of products or services;
organizes relations with business partners, a system for collecting necessary information and expanding external relations in order to improve advertising activities;
analyzes the motivation of demand for manufactured products or services, organizes the study of customer needs and determines the focus of advertising campaigns.;
maintains the necessary contacts with other structural divisions of the organization in the process of developing and conducting advertising events, involves consultants and experts in solving assigned tasks, invites well-known and popular people to participate in advertising, concluding contracts with them;

identifies ways to increase sales and implements them;
fundamentals of technology, organization of production, labor and management;
organization of accounting of sales operations and preparation of reports on the implementation of the implementation plan;
computer technology, communications and communications;
collects information about all potential clients, determines the methods of their activation, determines their motives for further cooperation, analyzes visits and develops further strategies.;
controls the delivery of goods to the customer;
conducts negotiations with key clients;

Qualification requirements;
