JOB DESCRIPTION OF THE PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT INSPECTOR

General provisions 1.1. Reports to the head of the Human Resources Department of the enterprise. 1.2. In his work, he is guided by the regulations on the personnel department of the enterprise and these official duties.

2. Responsibilities

2.1. Registration, in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the internal regulations of the enterprise, admission, transfer, dismissal, provision of labor and other vacations to employees.

2.2. Registration and issuance of service passes to employees of the enterprise, if necessary, to replace them and issue duplicates. 2.3. Control over the status of personal accounting records of employees, if necessary, duplication.

2.6. Keeping records of workers of pre-retirement age, disabled and long-term ill workers, veterans of labor, the Great Patriotic War and other categories of workers with benefits.

2.7. Keeping records of employees: temporarily, under employment agreements, part-time and on leave to care for minor children.

2.8. Providing employees with the necessary certificates, certified copies of their workbooks.

2.9. Preparation and transfer to the social protection authorities of documents for the appointment of pensions and benefits to employees and their family members, and consultation of employees on these issues. 2.10. Preparation of materials for presentation for awarding employees of the enterprise with state, departmental and honorary awards. 2. 11. Preparation and submission of personnel materials to the company's archive. 2.12. Preparation and provision, at the request of the company's management, of primary information on the personnel status of the company's structural divisions. 2.13. Preparation of monthly and annual statistical reports on the composition of specialists, employees, and workers of the enterprise. 2.14. Based on the data of the departments: personnel, labor and wages of the enterprise and requests from structural divisions, drawing up current and future plans for professional development of specialists and personnel workers and reporting on professional development of employees of the enterprise. 2.15. Maintaining the established documentation and reporting on the issues of professional development of the company's employees. Job description of the Personnel Department Inspector 2.16. Assistance to the heads of the company's structural divisions in preparing materials for the certification of specialists and advanced training of workers. 2.17. Taking part in measures to control the proper use of working hours by employees of the enterprise. 2.18. Participation in the development of measures to reduce staff turnover, consolidate them in production, and strengthen labor discipline. 2.19. Participation in the preparation of projects, orders, orders, meetings on personnel issues. 2.20.  Completing course training on mastering the work with a personal computer and its use in personnel work. 2.21. Entering information about the company's employees into the database. 2.22. Participation in the preparation of fixed-term employment contracts (contracts), employment agreements, systematization by structural divisions and ensuring their confidential storage in the personnel department. 2.23. When reorganizing an enterprise, liquidating its structural divisions in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the release of employees, namely: - determining the released employees together with the Department of Labor and Wages; - preparing personal notifications and handing copies of them to released employees; - offering vacant positions to released employees at the enterprise; - monitoring the validity of the notifications handed over; - preparation of materials to the trade union committee of the enterprise to obtain consent to the dismissal of released employees; - preparation of draft orders on released employees; - preparation of messages to employment centers about released and released employees of the enterprise. 2.24. Continuous professional development through self-education and retraining through a course network.

3. Rights 3.1. To report to the head of the human resources department of the enterprise on all identified deficiencies in personnel matters. 3.2. To make suggestions for improving the work related to these official duties. Job description of the Personnel Department inspector

4. Responsibility 4.1. For the quality and timeliness of fulfilling the duties assigned to him by this job description. 4.2. For non-disclosure of accounting data, concentrated personal files and other documents of employees located in the personnel department.
