This instruction is based on the Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 22, 2002 No. 273-p "On approval of the Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and other employees" and in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/15/2007 No. 251-III and is applied as an appendix to the employment contract. General provisions 1.1. The shift supervisor belongs to the category of supervisors. 1.2. A person with a higher professional (technical) education and work experience in a specialty of at least 2 years or secondary professional (technical) education and work experience in operational production management of at least 3 years is appointed to the position of shift supervisor. 1.3. The shift supervisor is appointed and dismissed by the General Director and reports directly to the plant director. 1.4. The shift supervisor should know: - regulatory and methodological materials on operational production management; - technical requirements for manufactured products, their production technology; - production equipment of the workshop and the rules of its technical operation; - systems and methods of accounting for the progress of production; - fundamentals of economics, organization of production, labor and management; - technical, economic and operational production planning; - forms and methods of production and economic activity; - current regulations on remuneration and forms of financial incentives; - fundamentals of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; -rules and norms of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection; Job description of the shift supervisor 1.5. In his activities, the shift supervisor is guided by the company's charter, the orders of his management and this job description.

2. Job responsibilities Shift supervisor: 2.1. Ensures that shift production tasks are performed by the company's divisions (participants and teams), compliance with established rice production technology, and rhythmic production of high-quality products. 2.2. Organizes timely production preparation, rational loading and operation of equipment. 2.3. Performs operational control over the provision of material and energy resources, technically correct operation of equipment and other fixed assets, economical consumption of raw materials, fuel, materials, identifies, prevents and eliminates the causes of production disruptions. 2.4. Carries out work on the search and organization of the use of additional production reserves to increase labor productivity and product quality, reduce production costs (labor, material). 2.5. Participates in the work on operational production planning, improvement of rationing, certification and rationalization of workplaces, dissemination of advanced techniques and methods, reduction of labor costs. 2.6. Analyzes the results of production activities by the company's divisions per shift, the causes of equipment downtime and quality reduction, participates in the development and implementation of measures to eliminate identified deficiencies. 2.7. Organizes operational accounting of the movement of products to workplaces, the fulfillment of production tasks. 2.8. Monitors the observance by employees of technological, industrial and labor discipline, rules and norms of labor protection, submits proposals on the imposition of disciplinary penalties on violators of industrial and labor discipline. 2.9. Coordinates the work of the masters.

3. Rights The shift supervisor has the right: 3.1. To submit proposals for improving the work of the company's operational production management units for consideration by the company's management. 3.2. To receive information necessary for carrying out their activities from the heads and specialists of the company's structural divisions. Job description of the shift supervisor

4. Responsibility The shift supervisor is responsible for: 4.1. Improper performance or non-performance of his official duties provided for in this job description, within the limits defined by the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 4.2. For offenses committed in the course of their activities - within the limits defined by the administrative, criminal and civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 4.3. For causing material damage - within the limits defined by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
