Job description
Pre-production Engineer
This instruction is based on the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2020 No. 553. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 31, 2020 No. 22003. On approval of the Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and other employees in accordance with the requirements of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015 No. 414-V SAM., and is applied as an appendix to the employment contract.
Job responsibilities:
carries out production preparation using computer technology, communications and communications, controls the provision of production with components, materials, tools, timely execution of all necessary technical documentation, develops monthly production programs and shift-daily assignments for the assigned work area.;
participates in the development and implementation of standards for operational production planning;
monitors the completeness of work-in-progress, compliance with established standards of reserves and calendar time limits in the work of production units;
calculates equipment loading schedules, taking into account more efficient use of production facilities, and monitors their implementation;
analyzes the work of workshops and sites, seeks out opportunities to shorten the cycle of manufacturing products, performing works (services), identifies production reserves, and develops proposals for their use;
Monitors the implementation of the production plan and takes measures to ensure rhythmic work, prevent and eliminate violations of the production process, efficient use of equipment, and create favorable conditions for labor collectives to fulfill the production program.;
maintains established accounting records.
Must know:
legislative and other regulatory legal acts, methodological and normative-technical materials on issues of production planning in the organization;
the procedure for developing production programs and shift-daily assignments;
production facilities of the organization;
the product range;
types of work (services) performed;
organization of production;
fundamentals of the organization's production technology;
organization of production progress accounting;
specialization of workshops, sites, and production links between them;
means of organization and mechanization of the dispatching service;
fundamentals of economics, organization of production, labor and management;
labor legislation, internal labor regulations, occupational safety and health, industrial sanitation, fire safety requirements.
Qualification requirements:
pre-production engineer of category I: higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field of personnel training and work experience as a pre-production engineer of category II for at least 2 years;
pre-production engineer of category II: higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field of personnel training and work experience as a pre-production engineer without a category of at least 3 years;
pre-production engineer without a category: higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field of personnel training without presentation of work experience requirements or technical and professional, post-secondary (specialized secondary, secondary vocational) education in the relevant specialty (qualification) and work experience as a technician of the first category for at least 3 years.
