In accordance with subparagraph 2), 3), 6) of paragraph 3, Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Advocacy and Legal Assistance", in order to provide qualified legal assistance to M.A. Bu, T.A.B. in a civil case pending before the Taldykorgan City Court, please provide information (information):
- the number of criminal cases in which the pre-trial investigation was terminated by the Department of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of art. 35, part 1, paragraph 2) of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2025;
- information on the number of submissions made in accordance with Article 200 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan in criminal cases in which the pre-trial investigation was terminated by the Department of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of art. 35, part 1, paragraph 2) of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2025.
Appendix: power of attorney – 2 copies, notice of protection (representation), lawyer's certificate, certificate of state registration of a legal entity, court ruling.
