In accordance with subparagraph 2), 3), 6) of paragraph 3, Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Advocacy and Legal assistance", in order to provide qualified legal assistance to IP Fa O.V., I ask you to provide information (information):

- Whether the plaintiff has the right to apply to a court of general jurisdiction if the contract states that the dispute is being considered in an arbitration court at the location of the defendant, but there is no Arbitration court at the location of the defendant (Turkestan region).

Appendix: power of attorney, notification of protection (representation), lawyer's certificate, certificate of state registration of a legal entity.
