JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CONTRACT NO. ______ from "___"_______20___ G.

This instruction is based on the Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 22, 2002 No. 273-p "On approval of the Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and other employees" and in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/15/2007 No. 251-III and is applied as an appendix to the employment contract.

GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. A marketer belongs to the category of specialists. 1.2. A person with a higher professional economic or marketing education is appointed to the position of a marketer. 1.3. A marketer is hired and dismissed by order of the director of the company. 1.4. The marketer reports directly to the Director. 1.5. In his/her activities, the marketer is guided by: 1.5.1. regulatory legal acts and other methodological materials regulating the economic activities of business entities of the republic; 1.5.2. methodological, regulatory and other guidance materials on marketing issues; 1.5.3. the company's charter; 1.5.4. labor regulations; 1.5.5. orders and instructions from its immediate supervisor; 1.5.6. these job descriptions. 1.6. A marketer should know: 1.6.1. the essence of research activities based on the collection and continuous processing of information about all aspects of the market situation, taking into account the scientific approach; 1.6.2. organization of research, methods of analysis, information collection and processing system, its volume and structure, methods of its effective search and collection; 1.6.3. methods of transmission, processing and storage of information; 1.6.4. prospects for technical and economic development of an economic sector, organization (firms, associations, companies, businesses); Job description of a Marketer sample 1.6.5. production facilities, production technology in the organization; 1.6.6. advanced domestic and foreign experience in organizing and improving market and forecast research; 1.6.7. economics, organization of production, labor and management; 1.6.8. fundamentals of labor legislation; 1.6.9. assortment and retail prices of goods and products available for sale; 1.6.10. rules and regulations of labor protection and fire safety. 1.9. During the absence of the marketer (vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed in accordance with the established procedure. 2. FUNCTIONS The following functions are assigned to the marketer: 2.1. conducting marketing research on the production and sales activities of the organization and its competitors; 2.2. comprehensive study of the market situation; 2.3. organization of accumulation and storage of information collected through marketing research.

3. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES A marketer is obliged to: 3.1. conduct research in the field of organization and management of production, economic, commercial and sales activities of an organization (firm, association, company, business), regardless of the forms of ownership, focused on meeting the needs of real and potential consumers in the market. 3.2. determine the subject of research and the development of work plans and programs for individual stages of research (market development and its capacity, research and development (R &D) and production, export activities in various markets); 3.3. analyze the indicators of production and sales activities of business entities to determine the effectiveness of their activities for each of the directions of production and sales, identification of the expediency of changing or maintaining the strategy in these areas; 3.4. to carry out demand research as a definition of market segments through groups of segmentation criteria in order to ensure the market success of a business entity: geographical, national, gender, age, professional, economic, property and commitment to the organization's product; Job description of the Marketer sample 3.5. evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of competitors based on the following criteria: R&D volume, the ability to develop new types of goods, the level of technology, the availability of patented inventions, cost structures, access to raw materials, the ability and inclination to use credit and equity, the flexibility of the strategic decision-making process, the breadth of the product range, the availability of trademarks, services for sales, etc., in order to determine possible market share options; 3.6. to study the general situation of the industry from the point of view of its development prospects and in order to identify the gap between supply and demand, i.e. to find gaps in the use, sale, and product range of competitors; 3.7. to analyze the sales system of the industry in order to identify opportunities and effectiveness of sales through alternative channels: own sales network, sales agents, through bidding, etc.; 3.8. provide a forecast of the economic situation (the credit and financial situation of the country or region, the investment climate), which may affect the sales conditions in this market; 3.9. analyze current and new technologies to determine the life cycle of the most important technological innovations in related industries in comparison with the cycle of existing technological developments in the industry and predict the possible impact of innovations on the sales market of a business entity: research on personnel structure and their stimulation, management structure, current planning system, work style in order to determine the degree of compliance with organizational structures for the strategic objectives of the organization and the possibility of its restructuring in the right directions; 3.10. to analyze the financial aspects of the business entity's activities in order to determine the ability to finance existing and prospective areas of their activities; 3.11. to study the cost structure in comparison with the cost structure of competitors in order to determine the absolute and relative profitability (loss-making) of operations in the sales market and the possibility of economic costs for production and sales as a pledge of a new strategy of the business entity; 3.12. to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the foreign economic activity of a business entity, to develop proposals and measures for the development of progressive forms of foreign economic relations, scientific, technical and economic cooperation with foreign countries; 3.13. to collect, process, analyze and systematize scientific, technical and economic information on research issues; 3.14. to form a marketing information system (MIS) as part of an ongoing integrated process for tracking and storing data for future analysis; 3.15. to concretize and satisfy the general needs of the marketing service for certain information with the help of MIS; 3.16. to know the entire range of available goods and equipment, products and prices for them; 3.17. selection of goods for buyers and the ability to negotiate; 3.18. to prepare information reviews of economic, scientific and technical publications on the studied problems in the field of marketing. Take care of the employer's and employees' property; 3.21. Inform the employer of a situation that poses a threat to human life and health, the safety of the employer's and employees' property, as well as downtime; 3.22. Do not disclose information that constitutes state secrets, official, commercial or other legally protected secrets that have become known to him in connection with performance of work duties; 3.23. To compensate the Employer for the damage caused by the fault of the Employee, the amount of damage voluntarily or judicially, if it is expressed in monetary or material form that arose during the performance of official duties. 3.24. Also has other rights and performs other duties stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 4. RIGHTS The marketer has the right: 4.1. to get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management related to his activities; 4.2. to submit proposals for management to improve the work related to the duties provided for in these instructions; 4.3. inform the immediate supervisor of all deficiencies that have arisen in the course of performing their official duties and make suggestions for their elimination within their competence; 4.4. sign and approve documents within their competence; 4.5. require the management of the company to assist in the performance of their official duties and rights.
