MOTION

on the Admission of Representatives of the Victim

A criminal case based on the statement of Аа ИС against З Б Н regarding the fact of fraud under Article 190 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the CPC) is being handled by the Turksib District Police Department of the Almaty City Police Department.

In accordance with the requirements of Article 71 of the CPC, the victim has the right to have a representative to protect his/her rights and legitimate interests during the pre-trial investigation.

Pursuant to Article 76 of the CPC, representatives of the victim, civil plaintiff and private prosecutor may be advocates and other persons authorized by law to represent the legitimate interests of the victim, civil plaintiff and private prosecutor in criminal proceedings and admitted to participation therein by a resolution of the body conducting the criminal proceedings.

In view of the foregoing and pursuant to Article 76 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,

I HEREBY REQUEST YOU TO:

• Admit Advocate Саржанов Галымжан Турлыбекович and Legal Consultant Кеңесбек Ислам Мұхамедұлы to participate in the criminal case as representatives of the victim Аа ИС, with all procedural rights provided for by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
