On measures to implement the Address of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan dated January 28, 2011 "Let's build the future together!"
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 18, 2011 No. 1158.
In order to implement the Address of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan dated January 28, 2011, "Let's build the future together!" I DECREE:
1. To approve the attached National Action Plan for the implementation of the Address of the Head of State to the People of Kazakhstan dated January 28, 2011 "Let's build the future together!" (hereinafter - the National Plan).
2. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) to ensure strict and timely implementation of the National Plan, as well as systematic information and explanatory work on the provisions of the Address of the Head of State to the People of Kazakhstan dated January 28, 2011, "Let's build the future together!";
2) annually, by January 25 and July 25, according to the results of the half-year and the year, submit to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on the progress of the National Plan.
3. The first heads of state bodies directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, central and local executive bodies, and other state bodies should ensure the strict and timely implementation of the National Plan.
4. Control over the implementation of this Decree is entrusted to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
