On the conclusion of an Agreement on cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the field of justice

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 11, 2004 No. 1386

In order to maintain the existing friendly relations and establish mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of legal relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

I decree:      

1. To approve the attached draft Agreement on Cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the field of justice.      

2. Authorize the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Onalsyn Islamovich Zhumabekov, to conclude on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan an Agreement on cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the field of justice, authorizing amendments and additions to it that are not of a fundamental nature.      

3. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
