In accordance with subparagraph 3) of Article 44 K951000_ of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I decree: 1. Reorganize the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for

to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    2. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan should take the necessary measures,

arising from this Decree.

    3. To amend the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 22, 1999
