     To ratify Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the conditions for the Deployment of Diplomatic Missions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ukraine and Ukraine in the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 14, 2010, signed in Kiev on August 29, 2011.

  PROTOCOL between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Cabinet of Ministers On amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the conditions for the deployment of diplomatic missions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kazakhstan in Ukraine and Ukraine in the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 14, 2010

     The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, hereinafter referred to as the Parties, guided by Article 7 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the conditions for the Deployment of Diplomatic Missions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ukraine and Ukraine in the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 14, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), have agreed as follows:

  Article 1

     Paragraph 1 of Article 2 of the Agreement shall be worded as follows:       "The Kazakh side leases on the terms of reciprocity to the Ukrainian side to accommodate its diplomatic mission a land plot of 0.9187 hectares, which is located in Astana at 20 Arganaty Street, for a period of 49 years for a rent of 1 tenge per year.".

  Article 2

     This Protocol shall enter into force on the date of receipt, through diplomatic channels, of the last written notification that the Parties have completed the internal procedures necessary for its entry into force.       This Protocol shall terminate simultaneously with the termination of the Agreement.       Done in Kiev on August 29, 2011, in two copies, each in the Kazakh, Ukrainian and Russian languages, all texts being equally authentic.       In case of disagreement in the interpretation of the provisions of this Protocol, the Parties will refer to the text in Russian.
