     To ratify Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on Amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on the Lease of Facilities and Combat Fields of the 929 State Flight Test Center of the Russian Federation located on the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 18, 1996, made in Moscow on April 16, 2015.

  PROTOCOL between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of of the Russian Federation on amendments to the Agreement between By the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on the lease of facilities and combat fields 929 The State Flight Test Center of the Russian Federation, located on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dated October 18, 1996

     The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation, hereinafter referred to as the Parties, guided by Article 18 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on the Lease of Facilities and Combat Fields of the 929 State Flight Test Center of the Russian Federation Located on the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 18, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), have agreed as follows:

  Article 1

     In the first paragraph of article 4 of the Treaty, the words "starting from January 1, 2005, amounts to the equivalent of 4,454 million US dollars" should be replaced with the words "starting from January 1, 2016, amounts to the equivalent of 3,081 million US dollars".

  Article 2

     All disputes and disagreements arising in the interpretation and application of the provisions of this Protocol shall be resolved by the Parties through mutual consultations and negotiations.       If one of the Parties has issues that require a joint solution, the said Party shall notify the other Party in writing no later than 30 days before the start of negotiations.       This Protocol shall enter into force on the date of receipt, through diplomatic channels, of the last written notification that the Parties have completed the internal procedures necessary for its entry into force.

     Done in Moscow on April 16, 2015, in two copies, each in the Kazakh and Russian languages, both texts being equally authentic.
