     To ratify the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on the Procedure for Payment of Freight Charges and Clearance of Cargo Transportation on Sections of Railways of the Republic of Kazakhstan Located on the Territory of the Russian Federation and on Sections of Railways of the Russian Federation Located on the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 15, 2006, made in Pavlodar September 19th, 2012.

  Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of of the Russian Federation on the procedure for payment of freight charges and clearance of cargo transportation on sections of railways of the Republic of Kazakhstan located on the territory of the Russian Federation and on sections of railways of the Russian Federation located on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, August 15, 2006

Entered into force on June 28, 2016 - Bulletin of International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2016, No. 5, art. 81

     The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation, hereinafter referred to as the Parties, taking into account the provisions of Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on the specifics of legal regulation of the activities of enterprises, institutions and organizations of railway transport dated October 18, 1996, as amended By the Protocol of May 21, 2009,       Guided by the provisions of Article 24 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on the Procedure for Payment of freight Charges and Clearance of Cargo Transportation on Sections of Railways of the Republic of Kazakhstan Located on the Territory of the Russian Federation and on Sections of Railways of the Russian Federation Located on the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 15, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), have agreed on the following:

  Article 1

     Articles 12 and 14 of the Agreement should be deleted.

       Article 2

     This Protocol shall enter into force in accordance with the procedure provided for in article 26 of the Agreement.

     Done in Pavlodar on September 19, 2012, in two copies, each in the Kazakh and Russian languages, both texts being equally authentic.
