On some issues of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption (Anti-Corruption Service)

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 17, 2022 No. 1074.

  I DECREE:

     1. Rename:

     1) the republican state institution "Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the city of Nur-Sultan" to the republican state institution "Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the city of Astana";

     2) the republican state institution "Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption (Anti-Corruption Service) in the city of Nur-Sultan" to the republican state institution "Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption (Anti-Corruption Service) in the city of Astana".

     2. To make the following amendments and additions to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 22, 2019 No. 74 "On certain issues of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption (Anti-Corruption Service)":

     1) Abrogated by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/14/2025 No. 944.

     2) in the Regulation on the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, approved by the above-mentioned Decree:

     Paragraph 9 should be worded as follows:

     "9. Location of the legal entity: Republic of Kazakhstan, 010000, Astana city, Saryarka district, 33 Abai Avenue.";

     in the List of territorial agencies of the Agency:

     Subparagraph 18) should be worded as follows:

     "18) republican state institution "Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Astana";";

     3) Abrogated by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/14/2025 No. 944. 4) Abrogated by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/14/2025 No. 944.      3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
