  To ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on the Transit of military equipment and Personnel through the Airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Turkey, signed in Astana on September 11, 2024.
