Article 459. Deliberate destruction or damage of military property  The Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Intentional destruction or damage of weapons, vehicles, military equipment or other military property –

     is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to four thousand monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or restriction of liberty for up to two years, or imprisonment for up to four years.

     2. The same act that entailed grave consequences or was committed with the use of violence or the threat of its use, either by a group of persons or by a group of persons by prior agreement., –

     is punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to eight years.

     3. The acts provided for in the first or second parts of this Article, committed in a combat situation or in a state of emergency, –

     are punishable by imprisonment for a term of five to twelve years.

     4. The acts provided for in the first or second parts of this Article, committed in wartime, –

     are punishable by imprisonment for a term of ten to twenty years.
